Where Is My Bus? is the official app of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality General Directorate of IETT Operations. This app empowers you to easily access bus route information, schedules, and discover which lines service specific stops across Istanbul.

Plan your journey with ease by asking Where Is My Bus? How Can I Go!
Utilize public transportation in Istanbul to reach your destination through various routes. To explore your options, enter your starting point and destination into the How To Go menu, along with your preferred travel date and time. You can plan according to either your departure or arrival time. Where Is My Bus? offers route alternatives tailored to your preferences, whether you're looking for the quickest route or one that involves the least amount of walking. Select your preferred route and dive into the details, or follow it on the map for a visual guide.
Discover your nearest stop
Navigate to the Stops Near Me menu to see a list of the closest stops based on your current location. Tap on any stop to access its detailed page, where you can check which lines serve that stop and how soon the next bus will arrive. You can also switch to map view to locate stops and get directions to them.
Find other useful transport points near you
Locate the nearest Istanbulkart refill points or İspark parking locations from your current position within the app. On the respective pages, accessible from the side menu, you'll find distances to these points, parking capacities, and types (such as open lots or multi-story garages). You can also view these locations on the map and get directions to your chosen point.
Get Line and Route information
Search bus lines by name to examine their main and express routes. From the line's detail page, select a route to see its stops. Monitor real-time bus locations with distinctive coloring for express routes, making it easy to identify which bus is on which route. You can also view all routes on the map by enabling the desired routes using the filter icon in the top-left corner of the map view.
Plan your journey by reviewing the departure times
Access the Timetables page directly from the homepage or the line's detail page. The timetable shows departure times for the main route, with express routes highlighted in special colors. Check the Route Information section to understand which color corresponds to which express route.
Be aware of announcements
Stay updated by checking the Announcements icon on any line or stop's detail page for real-time information. You can also review past announcements related to all lines, stops, departure times, and route changes from the Announcements page in the side menu.
