Solo developer Jo Drolet has unveiled the eagerly awaited launch of Lhea and the Word Spirit, an enchanting single-player roguelite game where you'll guide lost souls through enigmatic realms. As you embark on a quest to seal the ominous In-Between, you'll navigate the delicate balance between life and death, aided by an ancient Word Spirit. The game's minimalist visuals are complemented by a unique "timeline battle system," adding depth to the gameplay.

In Lhea and the Word Spirit, you'll master the art of manipulating battle timelines to advance, utilizing a variety of enchanted rings that you can equip and upgrade. Customizing these rings not only grants you access to different spells but also helps unlock hidden secrets, shedding light on the mysteries of the In-Between. The roguelite format ensures that each run through the procedurally generated realms is a fresh challenge, demanding new strategies to succeed.
