In Freedom Wars Remastered, operations allow you to bring three comrades alongside your chosen Accessory and their gear. While you can't control your comrades' equipment directly and can only enhance their gear overall, your Accessory offers more flexibility. You can issue unique commands to your Accessory and customize it for better combat performance. Here’s how you can tailor your Accessory and select the best commands for it.
How To Customize Your Accessory In Freedom Wars Remastered
Customizing your Accessory is straightforward and done through the Loadout menu, which is located right below your character's loadout. This menu allows your Accessory to equip any weapon you own, as well as any compatible Modules for that weapon. Unlike players, Accessories do not require ammo for gun weapons, giving them a unique advantage in sustained combat.
Additionally, you can equip your Accessory with a single combat item, which they will use at their discretion. While your Accessory is limited to one weapon and one combat item, the ability to issue specific commands sets them apart from your comrades.
Accessory Orders
To manage your Accessory's orders, navigate to the Loadout menu where you can select which set of Orders to equip. You can further customize these orders by speaking to your Accessory in your cell. The "Customize Accessory" option, found fifth from the top, lets you tailor the commands to your preference and even expand the number of orders by purchasing additional entitlements from the Window of Liberty Interface under the Accessory section.
Once set, the Order Set chosen in the Accessory's Loadout remains fixed during operations. You can issue the following orders during an operation by pressing up on the D-pad or C on PC:
- Follow Me
- Stand by
- Use Medical Supplies
- Prioritize Revival
- Rescue Comrades
- Carry Citizens
- Drop Citizen
- Follow With Citizen
- Capture Enemy Control System
- Capture Nearby Control System
- Capture Neutral Control System
