Developer Dream Dock unveils Dreadmoor, a gripping first-person single-player action-adventure inspired by the 2023 hit Dredge. Players will navigate a trawler to fish, explore, battle creatures, craft gear, upgrade their vessel, and unravel mysteries in the haunting Drownlands, a post-apocalyptic world. The game is in development for PC. Watch the announcement trailer above and view the first screenshots in the gallery below.
Dream Dock describes Dreadmoor as follows: "Take the helm of a fishing trawler and venture into a world reshaped by a global nuclear catastrophe, where sunken continents give way to scattered islands and submerged ruins of ancient civilizations. Trade your catch with survivors, undertake quests, and edge closer to survival. Monitor your ship’s cargo hold—creatures may prey on one another! Enhance your vessel and craft tools to probe hidden depths and secret locales. Mutated beasts and eerie enigmas lurk in the deep and within derelict structures, especially under the cover of night. Stay wary of radiation, as the perils intensify out there…"
