App Availability and Subscription Details
MOG Magazine is available as a free app download. Please note that the free download does not include a free issue unless otherwise specified. Within the app, you can purchase the current issue, back issues, and future issues.
Subscription Options:
- 1 month: UK £2.99 (1 Issue)
- 12 months: UK £28.99 (12 Issues)
Subscription Terms:
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the same duration and rate as the original subscription.
- You can disable auto-renewal through your Account Settings, but you cannot cancel the current subscription during its active period.
- Payment will be charged to your Google account upon confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
User Account and Data Management:
Users can register for or log into a pocketmags account within the app. This feature safeguards your issues in case of device loss and enables you to access your purchases across multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging in.
We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi when loading the app for the first time to ensure all issue data is retrieved successfully.
If the app fails to load after the initial installation or an update, please navigate to the settings cog, click "Settings," and then "Refresh app data." If this does not resolve the issue, consider deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store.
