Initiate the "Lackey" quest by speaking with Zlata at Vostatek's residence west of Tachov, or directly with Vitek nearby (southeast of the house, marked 'B' on the map). This leads you to a northern location where Vostatek is under wolf attack.

Rescuing Pepik in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

After saving Vostatek, assist him to his campsite where Pepik was tethered. Follow the trail of clues left by Pepik. Examine each clue along the path to continue the trail. The trail leads to a poacher's camp.

Pepik is held captive at the poacher's camp. Strategically engage the poachers; eliminate those at the camp's edge individually before tackling the tougher ones inside. Alternatively, you can mount Pepik and escape before engaging in combat.

Return Pepik to Vostatek's campsite. Opt to travel with him back to his home for a swift return. Your reward: a substantial sum of Groschen and access to his home as a safe haven.

Having successfully recovered Pepik, you're free to pursue other quests, romances, or enhance your equipment with your newfound wealth.
