Magic: The Gathering just launched its Edge of Eternities set today, and players are already eager for details on the upcoming Spider-Man release. This marks the second Universes Beyond collaboration of 2025, following the massively successful Final Fantasy set in June.
So far, only a handful of cards have been previewed. This time, Hasbro is bringing some corporate synergy into the mix with a novel approach.

Amazon has opened pre-orders for a new line of Marvel’s Spider-Man Marvel Legends figures, and each one includes its corresponding Magic: The Gathering card.
It’s a creative concept, though at $39.99 per figure, it's not an inexpensive one. With no Commander Decks announced for this set, these bundles could serve as a unique alternative for store shelves. All included cards are foil, which is a nice bonus.

Naturally, Spider-Man is part of the collection. This Spectacular Spider-Man variant features a battle-damaged, torn costume.
Its two-cost card has Flash. When sacrificed, it can grant flying to itself or give your other creatures hexproof and indestructible.

Some of the other choices are surprising. The Iron Spider, Stark Upgrade features Mary Jane Watson in the suit. Its card has Vigilance and can tap to bolster artifact creatures and vehicles, or convert that energy into card draw.

Next is Man-Wolf, a 4/4 Werewolf with Trample and a day/night transformation ability. It's a thematic reprint of Ravager of the Fells.

Finally, we saved what might be the best for last. Anti-Venom, Horrifying Healer can return cards from graveyards and convert damage into power. The accompanying figure also looks impressive.
