Indie studio Happy Broccoli Games has returned Eugene McQuacklin to Android with the latest entry, Duck Detective: Ghost Glamping. The mystery adventure originally launched on PC last May. As in its predecessor, players once again step into the shoes of Eugene McQuacklin.

McQuacklin shares his apartment with Freddy Frederson. Friendly and well-meaning, though fashionably eccentric, Freddy hopes to lift the detective’s spirits by dragging him to a glamping retreat in the woods.
At the campsite, they encounter a series of mishaps and suspicious events. However, McQuacklin’s personal baggage often takes precedence over his investigation. His unresolved divorce and an escalating bread obsession continue to influence how he handles cases.
The campsite may also be haunted by spirits. Additionally, he must work with a reluctant new partner. This unlikely duo drives the mystery forward as they sift through clues and uncover whatever crumbs of justice they can find.
This installment is shorter than its predecessor, offering an adventure that lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours. With a cozy-mystery atmosphere, it balances supernatural elements with grounded character drama. All suspects are fully voiced, and the witty writing playfully pokes fun at noir tropes.

For those seeking a more relaxed experience, a story mode is available that eases the challenge.
