A Heartfelt Story of Family Bonds
The game explores the essence of family ties. It follows a young girl journeying alongside her mother from the past, her daughter from the future, and a guide who claims to be her unborn brother.
Misuzu, a 16-year-old who lost her mother young, anchors the story. In 2023, she meets Yoko, a 16-year-old claiming to be her mother, who has time-traveled from 1996.
Yoko reveals Misuzu’s role in the Seedsow Ceremony, a divine funeral ritual to thwart True Winter, a malevolent spirit overtaking the gods’ realm.
The narrative leaps to 2050, where Misuzu meets her daughter, Tsumugi, also 16. They’re joined by Hiruko, a boy who says he’s Yoko’s miscarried son and Misuzu’s unborn brother.
The Eternal Realm, home of the gods, serves as the vivid backdrop for the Seedsow Ceremony, filled with lush, vibrant landscapes.
