Dreamland, once a tranquil haven in Play Together, is now under siege by the Queen of the Night, with the chaos spreading to Kaia Island. Both areas are now overrun with bizarre monsters, turning what was once a peaceful escape into a battleground.
Here’s What’s Going Down
The invasion has brought forth a host of eerie creatures, including the Sneering Pillow and the Abandoned Doll. Players must combat these monsters using a unique weapon known as the Dream Gun. Successfully defeating a sufficient number of these creatures will reward you with the Bed Consumed by Nightmares.
In addition to the monster onslaught, Dreamland's aquatic and insect life has transformed dramatically. There are now 20 new nightmare fish species to discover, such as the Nightmare Jellyfish and Nightmare Sperm Whales. Similarly, 14 new nightmare insects, including Nightmare Butterflies and Spiders, have appeared. These creatures can be captured through fishing or gathering and then traded for Nightmare Essence, the event's currency.
Nightmare Essence is also valuable at the Dreamland Workshop, where players can craft exclusive items like the Nightmare Music Box and the Nightmare Garden Lamp.
Play Together to Defeat the Queen of the Night!
A new mini-game has been introduced that requires Nightmare Essence to participate. Players help an NPC named Abyss recover lost memories by collecting Fragments of Memory from the Drawer of Nightmares. Each attempt at opening a drawer could either yield a memory fragment, allowing you to continue, or result in an empty drawer, ending your round. Collecting all the fragments will grant you the Nightmare Girl Costume and Nightmare Bedroom Wallpaper.
The Queen of the Night Draw has also been added to Play Together, offering players a chance to win nightmare-themed items, including the Scepter of the Night weapon, which is directly linked to the Queen of the Night herself.
Moreover, players can now set fish traps in various locations such as the Plaza, Resort, and Dreamland on Kaia Island. The size of the trap and the type of bait used will influence the quantity and type of fish you catch.
It's crucial to note that the connection between Dreamland and Kaia Island will close on May 21st, so make sure to download the game from the Google Play Store as soon as possible to take advantage of this limited-time event!
