Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating a monumental milestone as it turns 10 years old! Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios are gearing up for a massive 10th anniversary update, set to launch on March 25th. This update promises an array of new content including fresh fighters, a revamped Faction Wars mode, an exciting new challenge tower, and a slew of anniversary rewards to keep the celebration going.

The spotlight of this update shines on MK1 Geras, joining the fray as a new diamond-tier fighter. With his arsenal of abilities including power absorption, healing, and damage reflection, Geras is a formidable addition. To unlock him, players will need to dive into the Realm Klash rewards or progress through the Kombat Pass.
Another thrilling addition is Klassic Skarlet, the first gold-tier fighter capable of ascending to Level 5. Armed with unblockable attacks, a new Gash debuff, and the ability to siphon blood droplets from opponents, she's a game-changer. You can obtain her through the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the regular one.
The Faction Wars mode is evolving into Realm Klash, offering a fresh take on competition. Players can now choose from five different realms and battle it out over two-week seasons to earn valuable Realm Points, not just Blood Rubies.
To mark the 10th Anniversary, Mortal Kombat Mobile is introducing new ranks: Elder God, God, and Demi God. The Blood Ruby Packs are getting an upgrade too, featuring new Kameo offers and MK1 Geras rewards. The mode also receives a visual overhaul with new banners, leaderboards, and fixes for previous exploits.
New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary
The new Tower of Time presents an extreme challenge with a limited-time event lasting two weeks and featuring 50 floors. Players can collect seven new pieces of Tower of Time equipment, with MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras receiving their own Brutality equipment sets. A Fusion Boost modifier also makes an appearance, enhancing the power of the lowest fused card in your team to maintain balance.
In addition to the new tower, the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower are making a triumphant return, offering more opportunities for thrilling combat.
As part of the anniversary festivities, starting April 1st, players will receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promo daily for 10 days. Moreover, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now eligible for ascension, adding to the excitement.
