A New Hub For Hunters

---------------------

The showcase kicked off with an introduction to the new endgame hub for hunting parties, dubbed the Grand Hub. This vibrant area offers a host of new activities for players to enjoy, from communal feasting and arm-wrestling to nightly performances by the Diva. A fun addition is the Barrel Bowling mini-game, where players can earn vouchers through various in-game activities, leading to more rewards. To unlock the Grand Hub, reach Hunter Rank 16 and speak with Tetsuzan in Suja, the Peaks of Accord.

Mizutsune Arrives

---------------------

A highlight of Title Update 1 is the arrival of the bubbly Mizutsune. This swift and agile monster brings its signature tail strikes and water jets to challenge hunters in the Scarlet Forest. To take on this beast, reach HR 21 or above and speak to Kanya for the quest. Successful hunts will reward you with materials for crafting new gear, enhancing your arsenal.

Additional Hunts on the Way

-----------------------

The update also introduces a new Event Quest featuring the formidable Arch-tempered Rey Dau, a step up from regular Tempered fights, offering a challenging encounter for those at HR 50 or above. New armor awaits the victors. Additionally, players can now re-fight Zoh Shia through new quests after reaching HR 50, with opportunities to craft unique armor from these encounters.

Arena Quests

--------------------

Speedrunners have something special to look forward to with the introduction of Arena Quests. These quests allow hunters to compete for the fastest clear times in both Challenge and Free Challenge formats. Participants can earn pendants for their efforts, accessible through the counter in the new Grand Hub.

Change Alma's Outfit

----------------------

Your dedicated handler, Alma, is getting a stylish update. Players can now customize Alma's attire through an appearance menu at camp, with one new outfit available for free. Complete a specific side mission to unlock additional options for Alma's glasses, adding a personal touch to your hunting companion.

More DLC is on the Way

----------------------

Title Update 1 will coincide with the release of new DLC, both free and paid. Classic gestures from previous Monster Hunter games will be freely available in the store, while the Cosmetic DLC Pack 1 offers exclusive looks through the store, the Cosmetic DLC Pass, or the Premium Deluxe Edition. Look out for new stickers, Alma's new appearances, and more to enhance your gameplay experience.

More Event Quests and Seasonal Events

----------------------

Capcom is set to introduce even more Event Quests and Seasonal Events, transforming the Grand Hub with themed decor and unique meals during these periods. The Festival of Accord: Blossomdance, starting April 23, will feature pink cherry blossoms and new decor. Capcom has also confirmed the return of most previously available events and Event Quests, ensuring a continuous stream of fresh content.

The Roadmap Ahead

---------------------

Here's the rollout plan for Title Update 1 and its related content. U.S. players will see the update on April 3, with the Blossomdance event starting on April 22. The challenging Arch-tempered Rey Dau arrives on April 29, and by the end of May, other features and a Capcom collaboration will make their debut.

The showcase concluded with a sneak peek at Title Update 2, slated for a summer release. While no specific date was given, a teaser image hinted at the potential return of the beloved Lagiacrus, the underwater leviathan, set to wreak havoc on the surface.
