Xbox Game Pass Adds Over 50 Classic Activision Titles

Microsoft has unveiled Retro Classics with Game Pass, partnering with Antstream Arcade to deliver a curated collection of 50+ vintage Activision games from the 80s and 90s exclusively for Game Pass subscribers.

The lineup features iconic titles like Commando, Grand Prix, Kaboom!, Mech Warrior 2: 31st Century Combat, and Pitfall! – some dating back nearly half a century. Notably, these classics now feature modern save functionality for the first time ever.

The collection launches today across all Game Pass subscription tiers.

Microsoft's official statement highlights:

The announcement coincides with Xbox's wave of May 2025 releases and news of Hellblade 2's upcoming PS5 launch.
