Marvel has unveiled the first trailer for Ironheart, the highly anticipated MCU series set to premiere on Disney+. In this new show, Dominique Thorne returns as the armored superhero Riri Williams, a character she first brought to life in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in 2022. Joining her is Anthony Ramos, who plays Parker Robbins, also known as The Hood. The trailer, embedded below, offers a glimpse into the series, which will delve into Riri Williams' transformation into a standalone superhero icon after her initial supporting role in the MCU.

PlayParker Robbins / The Hood is introduced as a character who initially seems supportive of Williams' journey, but the trailer hints at deeper, more complex motives lurking beneath the surface.

Ironheart, executive produced by Ryan Coogler, is set to launch with a three-episode premiere on June 24 at 6pm PT/9pm ET, exclusively on Disney+.

In the trailer, Riri Williams reflects on her Wakanda experience as an "internship abroad." After being expelled from MIT, she faces a critical decision prompted by The Hood: "Anyone who has accomplished anything has to do questionable things. Are you in or out?" We see thrilling action sequences where Ironheart dons her suit, takes to the skies, and demonstrates her power by grounding herself and punching a truck so forcefully that it soars over her head.
