Journalist Tom Warren from The Verge had earlier hinted at an April release window, and insiders from PlayStation Inside have now corroborated the April 17 launch date for the port. billbil-kun has also shed light on the various PS5 editions that will be available.
The game will feature at least two distinct physical editions, with pre-orders opening on March 25. The standard edition will be priced at $70, while the premium edition will retail for $100. As is customary, those opting for the Premium edition will enjoy early access, allowing them to dive into the game as early as April 15.
Last year, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was one of the most significant direct releases on Game Pass and was met with enthusiastic reception. Given the recent shifts in Xbox's strategy, it's no surprise to see such a swift rollout of a PS5 version.
