Honkai: Star Rail is set to release its Version 3.2 update, titled 'Through the Petals in the Land of Repose,' on April 9th. This new chapter promises to expand the game's lore, introduce thrilling battles, and unveil new characters. As the game approaches its two-year anniversary, HoYoVerse is preparing a series of special events and giveaways to celebrate.
What's in Store in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2?
Version 3.2 introduces two new 5-star characters: Castorice (Remembrance) and Anaxa (Erudition). Castorice, a Chrysos Heir, comes with a tragic backstory and formidable abilities, as she searches for the lost Coreflame of Death while wielding the Netherwing. Anaxa, a member of the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, brings a scholarly approach to the team. His experiences have profoundly altered his view on reality, and his Ultimate, Sublimation, can impose seven Weaknesses on all enemies simultaneously.
Familiar characters are also returning. The first half of the update features reruns of Fugue, Jiaoqiu, and Acheron, while Dr. Ratio makes a comeback in the second half for those who missed him previously.

The Story This Time Is Heading to Styxia
The narrative of Version 3.2 takes players to Styxia, a forgotten city submerged under the Sea of Souls, filled with dragon bones and haunted by spirits. Trailblazers will accompany Castorice through this haunting locale, unraveling the mysteries of the Titans and the draconic catastrophe that devastated the city.
In celebration of the game's anniversary, HoYoVerse is offering 20 free pulls just for logging in. On April 26th, the anniversary day, players will receive 1,600 Stellar Jades and a special in-game card from a companion. Additionally, players will have the opportunity to choose a free 5-star character between Ruan Mei or Luocha.
