Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 2 Simplifies Camo Grinding with New Tracking Feature
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 2 launched today, introducing a game-changing feature that streamlines camo progression: Camo Challenge Tracking. This handy tool significantly reduces the grind towards coveted camos like Dark Matter and Nebula.
This new system lets players manually track up to 10 camo and 10 calling card challenges simultaneously. Access your progress anytime during gameplay, eliminating the need to constantly check the main menu. The tracker also proactively alerts you to near-completion challenges, even those not actively tracked.

How to Track Your Progress in Black Ops 6
To add a camo or calling card challenge to your tracker, navigate to the desired challenge and press Y (Xbox) or Triangle (PlayStation). Monitor your progress live during matches, planning your next steps efficiently.
Even without manual tracking, the game automatically highlights challenges nearing completion. This information is always accessible, keeping you informed of your progress. A complete list of "near complete" camos and calling cards is also viewable in the Daily Challenges section of the Black Ops 6 lobby.
Season 2 also simplifies camo unlocking. Previously, unlocking special camos required nine preceding military camos. This requirement has been reduced to five, making the journey to mastery camos slightly less arduous (though two special camos are still needed for mastery).
Treyarch's implementation of this feature directly addresses player feedback regarding the sheer number of camos and the difficulty of tracking progress. This improvement promises a more enjoyable and less frustrating camo-unlocking experience in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
