Rule customizations include:
- Kitty size. Tailor the size of the kitty to 6 cards, 5 cards, 4 cards, or opt for no kitty at all.
- Sport kitty. Decide how the kitty is revealed: to all players when there's a trump suit, to only the declarer, or to all players regardless of trump.
- Minimum bid. Set the starting bid level from one to four to match your preferred game intensity.
- Level only bidding. After the bid, the declarer picks the trump and direction: High, Low (aces good), and Low Aces (bad).
- High and low bid ranking. Determine if high and low bids at the same level are equal or if a low bid trumps a high bid.
- Notrump scoring. Choose whether notrump contracts score double the points of suit contracts.
- Boston scoring. Opt to double the points for Boston bids.
- Overtrick scoring. Decide if overtricks earn one point or none.
- Joker play during notrump contracts. Set rules for joker play: discard anytime without the suit lead, discard immediately without the suit lead, play anytime but don't capture the trick, or must be placed in or exchanged with the kitty.
- Two of Spades. Make the Two of Spades a high trump card.
- Game over. End the game based on a predetermined number of points or after a set number of hands.
